As a graphic designer with 20 years of experience, my life story has been full of adventure and creativity. It all started when I enrolled in vocational education in advertisement design in Riga, Latvia. This was where I first discovered my love for design, and I knew that this was the career I wanted to pursue.
After completing my vocational education, I decided to further my studies and went to the University to study for a Visual Art and Art History teacher degree. This helped me expand my horizons and gave me a deeper understanding of art and design.
In 2009, the global economic crisis hit, and I decided to take some time off and travel to Italy. Living in the Tuscany region and visiting cities like Florence, Pisa, and Lucca was an incredible experience for my creative soul. The art, architecture, and culture of Italy left a lasting impression on me, and it has influenced my design work ever since.
In 2013, I moved to Norway, a completely different country from Latvia and Italy. It was a big change, but I was excited to start a new chapter in my life. I started working as a designer in an advertising production company in Tromsø. Working in Norway has been a unique experience, and it has allowed me to develop my design skills even further.
In my 20 years of experience, I have seen the design industry evolve and change rapidly. With the rise of digital media, the demand for digital designers has increased, and designers now need to be proficient in both print and digital design.
In conclusion, my life story as a graphic designer has been an exciting and fulfilling journey. From my education in Latvia to my travels in Italy and finally settling in Norway, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow as a designer.
